Picture and appearance of frame are neat when ordered, but appearance is cheaper than expected. Image is not as good as I wanted but you get what you pay for, and the price was good for what I got. Did not receive, nor have we received the Photo Shop software copuon promised to be emailed after order was complete and we are being told we do not know what it was, or is; so buyer beware.

The screen was smaller, but an _alarm clock_ beat the display quality of a _digital picture frame_. This was the last straw for me. I packaged it up and sent it back for a refund ...

Some of the reviews I read said that pictures need to be reformatted for widescreen frames, but I'm not willing to take the time to do that (not sure if that was even the issue....) I returned this frame the same day I received it. I wouldn't pay $20 for this frame, let alone $100.

Looks worse then the orgional 1 mega pixle cameras. Also advertisment offered free Memory card with purchase, but nothing showed up. Very disapointed.

People in the pictures have single pixels for their eyes and facial expressions from pictures that aren't closeups are totally unrecognizeable. Amazon did a great job when i bought this frame with shipping and all, but the product itself from Coby was awful. Don't get suckered in by the low price for a large frame, get a smaller frame with the same or better resolution and you will be FAR happier.

We purchased this product for my inlaws, when we received it we found that the 1 gig SD SecureDigital Flash Card that we were suppose to get by adding the product code was not in the box. We did go and buy a card for the frame, you will want to get one. We filled it with pictures of our children and our grand kids so the my inlaws would have the pictures to brag with.

I had to go out and spend the additional $20.00 to get a memory card. One of the reasons I ordered was that if it included the memory card for the price it would have been a good deal. The way it turned out I don't think it was that great of a deal, plus I gave it as a gift and then since it did not have the free memory card I felt bad as I had told them it came with one.

For an 8.5-inch screen I would've preffered a photo frame that had more pixels per square inch. It cannot play downlodable xvid or divx movies properly as I am guessing it doesnt have the computational grunt to process them.
