When I called coby, they said I had to ship it back. But I have to pay for shipping, plus enclose a money order for 18.00 for return shipping and proccessing fees. I will never buy a coby product again.

I purchased this dvd player just before christmas-One week after using it, I started to have problems. The battery would not charge. I have to turn it on and off several times inorder to get the controls to work.

This player broke and drove our child and all of us around the bend trying to fix it.

I have a 2 1/2 yr old autistic daughter and this is the only thing that seems to calm her down when i am out grocery shopping or at a docs appt or just running errands. She sits in her stroller holding it in her lil hands and giggles as she watches her dvds. She has dropped it once and nothing happened to the player at all.

This would be ideal for traveling since it comes with the plug in car adapter. But it doesn't help much when the player doesn't work.

It's now to late to have it replaced. I have a very unhappy child on my hands.
