These headphones are comfortable, they sound good, but whether it's the 900 Mhz frequency or just poor reception from the headphones, these don't work well where I live. I could not get rid of the interference that would come through in waves, like tuning into a weak station on an old A.

i had never tried their wireless headphones. a couple of years ago i bought a pair at best buy for $99.99 and they were horrible. i could not believe how terrible they were and they do have very bad reviews all over the web.

(the sony headpones have much more bass than the sennheisser but they also have much more static and popping which is very annoying and there 2.4 ghz are very expensive and they interfere with telephones and wireless routers even microwaves) 900 mhz maybe old technology but with 900 mhz telephones starting to go extinct (of course i did hear a conversation going on) 900 mhz headpones maybe the best way to go. i do want to add that when i heard a converstion going on, my sony 900 mhz were connected to a 2.4 ghz sender/reciever and the little green light on the transmitter on the base was not even on. so now i think that maybe the 2.4 ghz sender/reciever was picking up that conversation and not the 900 mhz.

i thought that maybe the ones from best buy were just defective. the refurbished ones were much better but there was still a lot of static and popping. so then i put the base up high on my tower desk and the reception was better but not great.

i could not believe how good the reviews were (of course there will be some negative reviews but there is much more 5 stars then 1,2 and even 3 star reviews) i have owned these headphones now for a whole week now and there is some little popping here and there but it is no big deal. i have taken them outside and washed my car. heard very little static and i even got inside my car to move it out of the sun to dry it and heard absolutely no static.

The sound quality is great, not audiophile, but very good for wireless headphones. I've had them for about 2 months and still haven't had to change the battries but I don't use them all that offten. Can get some signal problems when I have my cellphone near them but that isn't too bad.

You get static radio and other feedback when it's not tuned to your headphones, but otherwise, you get a clear reception of whatever the audio is plugged into. The device itself was a bit complicated at first, as I received this product with no instructions (again, as it was a gift.) Five minutes later, I figured it out, and got it working, and was really satisfied.

Some buyers may prefer higher priced models with rechargeable batteries, but we get very long battery life with the AAA batteries which these phones use (as long as you remember to turn them off after using!!)so batteries aren't an issue for us. While it took several weeks to get them (within the time promised but longer than most web merchants take for similar products)Remanufactured Sennheiser RS-110 Wireless Headphones, they arrived in good condition and work the way they should.

I have some RCA's that cost almost 3x what these did and they have given trouble from day 1 and finally completely died in a few short months. If you have a hearing problem they make TV enjoyable.

These are the only wireless headphones that I have ever owned but, I think they are very good. We live in an open loft so they are an absolute necessity if one person would like to watch TV and the other does not.

We may get another headset for dad so when he wants to watch TV he can hear it. The base stays plugged in and it turns off automatically. If the TV is off it shuts itself off after a few moments (green LED on base transmitter).

It's not digital DTS quality audio, but it's a decent pair of headphones.

My dad can't hear distinct sounds from the new TV's speakers when the volume is up where my mother listens to it.

Strengths: Very good sound, very light and comfortable for ear covering headphones. Weaknesses: use regular AAA batteries rather than rechargeable batteries; they are big headphones and are not comfortable if you want to lie on your side and put your head on a pillow. My first pair was also refurbished but the price I paid back then was twice what they are now priced.

The power supply for the transmitter or the transmitter itself died within 10 minutes of set up.

i could now hear people that i don't even know having conversations on my headphones. i did not recognize the voices so i beleive i was listening to people from the other side of town. i had it with those headphones.
