Sony Bravia KDL-52W3000 52" 1080p LCD HDTVI had purchased Sony KDL40V2500 for my study room for almost one year and am very happy about the quality of the Sony LCD TV - no problems so far. Finally, the channel switching was fairly fast and responsive. Overall, we're happy with the set and like the look a lot better than the XBR floating glass added weight.

As one review I read some time ago said, the PQ on these sets is so high you can find yourself glued to the set watching some show that is of absolutely no interest to you but which has great HD imagery. Each unit has a different directions for best set-up and we still haven't gotten it right. Hopefully our next kdl-52w3000 is perfect, because you just can't beat the picture quality...

The picture is incredible, although the menu options are lengthy and take some time to adjust properly. The tv's speakers are very sufficient by themselves. Football season was over when I got this tv but basketball in HD is amazing and I can't wait to watch baseball and football games in the seasons to come!

My KDL-52W3000 is connected to Directv hd DVR (HDMI), Sony Blu-ray Disc player (HDMI), Panasonic 5.1 HTIB (component and optical digital audio), and Wii(component). Satellite hd (1080i-interlaced) are crisp and detailed (can see one strand of hair sticking out on newscaster) Blu-ray discs (1080p-progressive) are just eye-poppingly, retina-scorchingly sharp.

No blurring even watching the fast paced hockey games or basketball in hd. I would highly recommend this tv to a friend.

The best price in the entire USA, product details etc are 21 century style but the shipping procedures need to be same as well. Two different tracking details one from Amazon with uncertainty, one from their transport company with different transit and delivery details made me monitor the delivery leaving my daily routine. Amazon can do a better job I know so that they stay on top all the time in online shopping.

I was concerned about late delivery because I had scheduled Eagle delivery to come on New Years Eve and the installer was coming on New Years Day.
